Diplomacy & Strategy is a Professional Education Network launched in 2000 under the patronage of former EU Commissioner Loyola de Palacio (†2006). Our network brings together experts in diplomacy with backgrounds in Foreign Affairs, Business, NGOs and NPOs.

Our mission is to help diplomats, experts and militaries from non-EU countries achieve winning negotiations and a successful cooperation with the EU. Since 2004 we have been conducting support programmes in Brussels and in non-EU countries with the objectives of optimizing resources, improving knowledge, developing skills and achieving performance ■
